Upside-Down House
German investor Dirk Oster has built a totally upside-down house in Gettorf, Germany as a tourist attraction. Standing on a pointed roof and supported by steel beams in the attic, over 50 separate pieces were screwed into the "floor-ceiling", including beds, tables, chairs, a microwave, and even a shower. Months were spent paying attention to every detail, even using a needle and thread to secure the upside-down bed linens.
