These sad but striking photos are from the damage of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on the Louisiana coast. A dragonfly tries to clean the oil off of itself, while being stuck to a blade of marsh grass. Thick black waves of oil and brown whitecaps, and oil sheen and oil blobs are seen in the last photo.
