Nehime and Rakan have started working as appointed station masters at the Hojomachi Train Station in Japan. They were donated by a local resident to help bring in people and revive the financially troubled Hojo-Cho railway line. The Kishi Station in Wakayama has a cat named Tama that has been a station master for years.
