Spotted Lake

The Spotted Lake near the city of Osoyoos in British Columbia changes colors throughout the year. But in the summer from June to mid September, the lake's water level lowers due to evaporation, and reveals separate pools or the lake's "spots". It is considered a sacred site by the Okanagan Indians and is known for it's therapeutic healing powers.
