Neon River

For only an hour, Victoria's Goldstream River flowed in neon green. People had to rub their eyes to make sure it wasn't just an illusion. The Environment Ministry checked and said it was the result of a chemical called "fluorescien". It is totally non-toxic, and will not harm any wildlife. Nobody has stepped forward, but it is believed to be a holiday season prank.
