Chandra Bahadur Dangi is the shortest person ever recorded at 21.5 inches tall, and lives in a remote village in Nepal. People who have Dwarfism usually suffer from a variety of health problems, but because Chandra was born with all his limbs and organs proportionate to the rest of his body, he is in miraculous health, smart and active at a ripe age of 73. He had never been examined by a doctor in all of his life until the Guinness Book of Records doctors found him to have a clean bill of health.
