On the island of Flores in Indonesia is a volcano that has three lakes at its summit. All three of the lakes vary in striking colors that vary during the year. A popular tourist attraction, the lake above is actually this green, while the other two are usually blue and red. The differing mineral deposits around the crater is what causes the unique coloration.
