Once a year in Japan's Hitachi Seaside Park, a literal sea of blue flowers bloom. The park is a sprawling 470 acres located in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, Japan, that features millions of Daffodils, 170 varieties of Tulips, and an estimated 4.5 million Baby Blue Eyes, or Nemophila. In April they hold a special celebration event called "Nemophila Harmony".
