Kobe Luminarie
This extraordinary light festival takes place in December to commemorate the Great Hanshin Earthquake of 1995 in Japan. Italian designer Valerio Festi and his team come up with the themes and millions of lights every year. About 5 million people come from all over the world to view the spectacular architectural light displays, year after year.
