Chefs in Bangalore, India, have created a cake that is a perfect replica of the iconic Mumbai Hotel. Made with 5 tons of sugar, it measures 22 feet long by 14 feet wide. A team of chefs and food artists had been working around the clock to have it ready for the 36th Annual Cake Exhibition showing from December 17-27, 2010.
