Nunnmps
A research facility has been designed by Hong Kong architects Cheungvogl in Chicago, Illinois. Named "Nunnmps", it overlooks Lake Michigan. The building sits high on stilts because of the confidential nature of the research being done, while all of the administrative offices are at ground level. It redefines the notion of "city and landscape" because of the close proximity to the city, yet integrates the natural landscape around it.
