Drowned Church
The Reschensee is an artificial lake in Austria that was created in 1950. When the lake was made, they had to completely submerge the village of Graun. Only the 14th century church bell tower remains in the 72 feet of water. It is said that you can hear the church bells ring when the lake freezes over in the winter.
