German artist and advertising executive Oliver Voss has designed a giant mermaid of styrofoam and steel.The bathing lady will be on exhibit for ten days in the Alster River in Hamburg, Germany. The 12 foot tall mermaid was sponsored by Soap and Glory, a German cosmetics company.
