In San Sebastian, Spain, a new monument to the culinary arts has been designed by Vaumm Arkitektura. A truly unique and inspiring place, the 5 story building includes a roof lined with solar panels, a huge garden of aromatic herbs, an auditorium, and a huge assembly of kitchens.
