Sundial Bridge
The Sundial Bridge in Redding, California, is a remarkable architectural piece. Built to cross over the Sacramento River for cyclists and pedestrians, it very noticeably sways in windy conditions. The floor is built of glass blocks, and when the sun is setting, the blocks become illuminated. It has been likened to walking on an alien spacecraft.
