Every year on September 15, an interactive international late night arts festival called Nuit Blanche is held. This year it was held in Calgary, Canada, and is for one night only from 7pm to 3am. Artist Caitland Brown made this incredible cloud from 1,000 working lightbulbs, and 5,000 burned out bulbs from public donors. Visitors can pull the chains to make the cloud light up and shimmer.
