Nikita Nomerz is a graffiti artist from Nizhny Novgorod in Western Russia. He likes to create his street art in urban centers, but particularly in or on abandoned old buildings and places. Usually he transforms an old building, or as above, an old water tower into interesting and whimsical faces. He incorporates the architectural elements into the face features as he did with the round windows for the eyes.
