Artist Paul O'Connor won first place in the Network Wales Awards in England with this great 1960's era travel trailer. The Sol Cinema is the world's smallest solar powered movie theater. Holding only eight at a time inside, the trailer shows ecological films as it travels around the South Wales area. The cinema has a small LED projector that is powered by lithium ion batteries, which are in turn powered by a solar panel on the exterior. Because the batteries are constantly storing power, the theater runs day and night visiting events, festivals and parties.
