Huli Wigmen

The Huli Wigmen of Papua New Guinea are known as fierce warriors, but are also known as flamboyant wig stylists.
Males in their late teens are sequestered into the jungle to learn and acquire knowledge and skills. They also make wigs out of their own hair. They sleep on bricks and other objects to keep their hair off the ground. When the hair gets big enough, they cut it off and fashion stylish wigs with bird feathers and other natural adornments.
