Scientifically named Entoloma Hochstetteri, this species of mushroom should be called the "Smurf Mushroom". Found only in New Zealand among tree ferns, the brilliant blue color comes from azulene, a pigment which can be found in wood oil, mushrooms, and in some marine species.
