The Crossota
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Ocean Explorer took a recent expedition to the Canada Basin to collect needed information about climate change. The Crossota, a brilliant tiny jellyfish, is one of the thousands of animals that live underneath the Arctic Ice, so humans rarely get to see them. The expedition came back with many photos of seldom seen species.
