Artist Patrick Raynaud from Paris has come up with a great way to turn wind turbines into a work of art, rather than an eyesore sitting on the landscape. In Hanover, Germany, he has installed a lighting system on a turbine pole and fan that glows brighter as the wind gets stronger and produces more power.
