Luminous Waterfalls

Entitled "Neon Luminance", this ongoing series of photos from Sean Lenz and Kristoffer Abildgaard is pretty amazing. The two photographers drop a variety of colored high-powered Cyalume glow sticks into different waterfalls in Northern California. Their exposures range from 30 seconds to 7 minutes in order to catch the light sticks flowing through the currents.
In many cases, light sticks were joined together, and at the end of every photo, the floating light sticks were immediately collected to avoid any leakage or pollution of the water.
